At Baraw Ilizarov Center, BIC , all types of deformities of the extremities weather congenital or acquired can be treated based on  Ilizarov principles ,also equalization of limb length discrepancy can be done. Different types of deformities as a result of Osteogenesis imperfecta, cerebral palsy, poliomyelitis, Rickets and renal osteodytrophy are consciously treating in the BIC.

Difficult cases of diabetic foot ulcers are treated in the BIC with minimal surgical procedures minimizing chance of amputations. Our aim reconstruction of the extremities rather than amputations. Now a days because of development of limb reconstructive surgeries chances of amputation of extremities are minimized .
